About BrickBucks

BrickBucks is built by collectors, sellers, and full-stack engineers who have spent 9+ years buying, tracking, and reselling LEGO sets. We share the tools, data, and strategies we wish we had when we started.

Meet the Founder

BrickBucks is run by a full-time LEGO investor and software engineer who has personally moved over $1M of LEGO inventory through Amazon, eBay, BrickLink, and local marketplaces since 2017. After running spreadsheets, scripts, and a homegrown database for years, BrickBucks emerged as the platform we always wanted to use.

Our YouTube channel (22K+ subscribers) walks viewers through real deals, retiring sets, and inventory strategies — all backed by the same data that powers this site.

What we publish

  • Editorial blog posts — retirement watchlists, deal alerts, market reports, and investing playbooks. Browse the latest at brickbucks.com/blog.
  • Set-level analytics — historical retail prices, retirement dates, piece counts, theme context, and investment notes for every retail LEGO set we track.
  • Live deal detection — real-time alerts when retailers drop sets below historic price floors.
  • Portfolio tooling — inventory tracking, cost-basis math, and sell-through reporting for serious resellers.

Editorial standards

Every article on BrickBucks is written by people who actively buy and sell LEGO. We cross-reference our internal price database, public retailer feeds, and community sources before publishing. When we make a prediction we explain the data behind it; when we are uncertain we say so plainly.

Nothing on this site is financial advice. LEGO investing carries real risk — sets can sit, markets can shift, and the only number that matters is what someone actually pays you.
